Our Story

A+ Bodysculpting was founded by Adrienne Terry — a dedicated single mom with a lifelong passion for wellness. Like many busy parents, Adrienne struggled to find time for the gym while balancing work, motherhood, and managing a chronic illness that came with constant finger pricks and insulin injections. She wanted to improve her health, but needed a solution that actually fit her life.

That search led her to invest in her first body-sculpting machine. After her very first session, she saw the results in the mirror and felt them in her body — along with a noticeable boost in energy. It was in that moment she knew she had found something worth sharing. What started as a personal breakthrough became the inspiration for A+ Bodysculpting.

Trained & Certified

Proper technique matters just as much as the technology itself. Adrienne is certified in the Super Snatched Technique® for ultrasound cavitation, a hands-on training program covering safe application, contraindications, and proper session pacing — not just device operation. The training was led by Marisol Garcia, owner of London E Spa in Houston, TX. This certification reflects our commitment to treating every client's body with the care and expertise it deserves.

Our Signature Treatments

Electromagnetic Body Contouring This signature treatment targets specific muscle groups to enhance definition and sculpt the body with precision. It's ideal for clients who are close to their goals and want a more refined, toned appearance — particularly through the core. Using controlled, high-intensity muscle stimulation, the technology engages muscles directly to build strength and definition efficiently, with no discomfort and no recovery time.

Cryolipolysis (CoolSculpting) A luxurious, non-surgical fat-reduction treatment that uses controlled cold temperatures to target, freeze, and eliminate localized fat cells beneath the skin — without harming the surrounding tissue.

Ultrasonic Cavitation This treatment uses high-frequency sound waves to penetrate deep into the skin and target stubborn fat deposits. The sound waves create microscopic bubbles around fat cells, causing them to break down naturally and be eliminated through the body's lymphatic system. It's an especially appealing option for clients seeking visible fat reduction without invasive procedures or intensive workout routines.

Unlike injectable or medication-based weight-loss options, cavitation works with the body rather than against it. The lymphatic drainage process helps minimize fatigue, promote circulation, and leave the body feeling lighter and more energized.

Cavitation also encourages skin tightening and collagen production, making it an excellent option for clients who have already lost weight through other methods and want to improve skin firmness and overall tone.
